• Cory Monteith’s character on Glee will pass and that’s the right thing to do according to Ryan Murphy who finally spoke on how Montheith’s death will impact the show. Glee‘s season premiere was already pushed back to Sept. 26 and now the two-episode Beatles tribute is also set to be a tribute to the late actor. • Low-budget scares beat big-budget action and animation at the box office this weekend. The Conjuring scored $41.5 million while R.I.P.D. made only $12.7 million on a $130 million budget and Turbo took in $21.5 on a $135 million budget. (THR)
